| Policy and Procedure We can only Guarantee the value of Gift Certificates 90 days from the date of purchase. The bearer of the Gift Certificate will be responsible for any amount due if a price change has incurred. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. NO SHOWS - We require a $50 deposit for any service requiring 2 or more hours of scheduling, which is the Eyelash Extension Procedure, Permanent Cosmetic Procedure, and Body Wrap Procedure. A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION notice is REQUIRED for all Services. If notification is not received within this time you will lose your deposit. We do have an answering machine which will take your message should you call before or after working hours. No Exceptions will be made. Regular Scheduled appointments require a 24-hour notice as well. If no notice is given then we will charge you a $35 missed appointment fee. Due to Sanitation Reasons - Only the person having a procedure is allowed in treatment room. If you have brought your child you MUST have a childcare person with you and the children must be kept still and quiet in the waiting room as to be considerable to those receiving services. |

If you must bring a child with you, then we require that you also bring someone who can care for your child in the waiting room. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms due to sanitation purposes. Please control your children and ask them not to jump, run, eat or act silly in the lobby. They need to stay quiet and in their chair at all times while in the lobby. They can watch TV or color while they wait. |
